Annapurna's programmes are designed so that the community itself drives change — through Village Biodiversity Management Committees, Joint Liability Groups, Water & Sanitation committees and Self-Help Groups. Field coordinators live and work within the villages they serve, ensuring programmes stay responsive to real, local needs rather than externally-imposed targets.
