Annapurna organises regular health camps in partnership with local Gram Panchayats and hospitals, serving women, children and elderly populations with free general health checkups, anaemia screening and health-awareness sessions. Specialised camps for adolescent girls focus on menstrual hygiene and nutritional deficiencies, including distribution of sanitary kits and supplements.

- World AIDS Day AwarenessWith Krishna Hospital (KIMSDU): rallies and essay competitions engaging around 300 students and teachers each year, increasing knowledge of HIV prevention.
- Drug Abuse Prevention & Behaviour Change ProgrammeWith Krishna Hospital (KIMSDU, 2024): community awareness, youth counselling and rehabilitation linkages for over 500 participants.
