Program teams, field coordinators & technical trainers
The organisation is functionally organised around thematic areas — women empowerment, skill development, health and nutrition, education, water and sanitation, youth development, and environmental conservation. Each area is supported by programme officers responsible for planning, field supervision, stakeholder coordination and reporting, working closely with field coordinators based in the intervention villages.
Field mobilisers and facilitators — many from the communities they serve — drive outreach and real-time feedback, while a dedicated finance and administration unit handles accounts, audits, procurement and statutory compliance. Technical trainers and subject-matter experts are deployed across projects for tailoring, computer education, health awareness, organic farming and WASH training.
